Learning and Development (L&D) Plan 2026
We are pleased to announce the official Learning and Development (L&D) Plan for Calendar Year 2026, focusing exclusively on training programs designed to strengthen the competencies, skills, and professional growth of all employees.
The 2026 L&D Plan includes a lineup of targeted trainings aligned with our organizational goals, competency requirements, and priority development needs identified through the LDNA.
What to Expect:
✅ Capacity-building programs for technical and core competencies
✅ Mandatory training programs aligned with CSC and DOH standards
✅ Specialized skills training for division-specific needs
✅ Enhanced customer service and workplace excellence trainings
✅ Digital transformation and systems capability-building sessions
All training schedules, guidelines, and nomination procedures will be released through your training officers per division and/ or program coordinators.
